Refunds

Starter Toolkit (digital download)

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the files are defective or materially not as described on the toolkit page. Email monsibdtheadventurer@gmail.com with your order details and what is wrong. We will first try to fix the problem or send corrected files; if we cannot, we will refund you through Lemon Squeezy.

A refund is not offered simply because the toolkit was not what you hoped for in a way the page did not promise, for example if you expected duty calculations, which the page says it does not include. Where consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply. Lemon Squeezy's own checkout rules also apply.

Apparel Catalog Rescue (service)

• You owe nothing for an enquiry, and nothing until you approve a written scope and receive an invoice.
• If you cancel before work starts, you owe nothing.
• If we deliver and the result does not match the agreed scope, you get one revision. If it still does not match, we will refund the part of the fee that covers the unmet scope. We agree how this works in writing with the scope.
• We cannot refund work for items outside the agreed scope, or for facts you supplied that turn out to be wrong.
