Up to 25 SKUs. One source CSV plus your facts. Field and format cleanup, duplicate and required-field checks, variant consistency report, change log, one revision.
Beta price for the first one or two clients. In return you agree that we may email you afterwards to ask for feedback. You are not asked for a testimonial or for permission to use your name.
Core

Up to 50 SKUs. Normalised fields and names within a schema we agree, validation, missing-facts report, preflight checklist, clean copy with original preserved, one revision.
Growth

Up to 150 SKUs. The Core scope at larger volume, with a fixed field list agreed up front.
A SKU here means one sellable variant, which is one row with its own variant SKU (for example Tee / Navy / M). Prices are in US dollars. Add-ons are quoted separately before any work starts, typically $75 to $150 each: an extra block of SKUs, line-sheet formatting from data you supply, or rush delivery when there is capacity. There is no open-ended custom work.
What you send
- A CSV export (see the Shopify product CSV checklist for what we look at) of your products from your platform (for example Shopify's product export). One file for the scope you buy.
- Facts you know and want included: fabric composition, sizes, care, origin, anything else. Anything you do not supply stays flagged as missing.
- Your preferred names for sizes, colours and options, if you have a standard. If not, we propose one for you to approve.
We never ask for passwords or admin access to your store. The work is done on the CSV file you send. Please do not attach customer data to the enquiry form; once we have agreed scope we will agree a private way to transfer the file. No public repository, no public link.
What you get back
- Your original file, untouched, and the cleaned working copy as a separate file.
- A field-level change log with the row count and every transformation applied.
- A validation summary: duplicate handles or SKUs, missing required values, suspicious variant combinations, inconsistent labels, invalid URL formatting, blank fields, encoding and delimiter problems.
- A missing-information report. Unknown fabric composition, care, sizing, material, origin or certification is flagged and never invented.
- A preflight checklist: back up your catalog, import a small sample first, check variants, inspect the storefront, then go wider.
- One revision, limited to corrections against the facts you supplied.
What is not included
- Importing into your store, or any change to your store. We do not log in.
- New products, research for missing facts, writing new product descriptions, translation.
- Photography, image editing, and checking that image URLs actually load.
- SEO work or any promise about search rankings or sales.
- Tech packs, grading, fit, pattern or production engineering.
- Legal labeling, compliance, certification, duty or tax advice.
- A guarantee that an import will succeed. We do not test your CSV inside your store, and will not say we did.
Before you import any CSV: back up your current catalog and test with a handful of rows first. Importing can overwrite data or change variant identifiers.
Timeline, revisions and payment
- Target: three business days after we have everything we need (the file, your facts and an agreed schema). It is a target, not a guarantee.
- One revision, requested within 7 days of delivery, for corrections against the facts you supplied. Anything else is a separate quote.
- Payment is by invoice, sent after we agree the scope in writing. Nothing is charged on this website.
- Your files: kept only for the job, on the owner's computer, and deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. See privacy.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you give us and for reviewing the result before importing.
