Using the site and free tools

The calculators and information are provided free, as they are. They are estimates built from what you enter. Check every figure before you rely on it. They are not financial, legal, tax, customs, labeling or manufacturing advice.

Starter Toolkit

The toolkit is a digital download sold through Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record; its terms apply to the purchase. Use of the files is covered by the license. Refunds follow the refund page. The toolkit is a set of templates and worksheets, not professional advice, and does not make decisions for you.

Apparel Catalog Rescue

• Scope. The scope, price and timeline are those agreed in writing before work starts, within the published packages. Anything outside it is quoted separately.
• Your inputs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you supply and for having the right to share the files. We do not invent facts; we flag what is missing.
• Your files. We work on a copy of your CSV and preserve your original. Please do not send customer personal data. See privacy.
• Importing is your decision. Back up your catalog and test a small sample before any import. We do not test the file in your store and do not guarantee that an import will succeed or leave your data unchanged.
• Delivery. The three-business-day timeline is a target counted from complete inputs. The package includes one revision, requested within 7 days of delivery, for corrections against the facts you supplied.
• Payment. By invoice after scope is agreed in writing.
• No guaranteed outcomes. We make no promise about sales, search rankings, compliance or acceptance by any marketplace, supplier or factory.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MonsiTag is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
